The Process
This section explains the steps that take place for every commission:
Step 1: Send an enquiry.
First you will need to send an enquiry. This should list:

All the models you want painted and which game system they are from.

Details about colour scheme(s).

Which tier you want your models painted in. (Feel free to select more than one tier).

If you already have the models or if you need them to be purchased*
*Please not if you already have the models please send pictures with your enquiry so I know what condition they are in.
I can strip paint off certain models as part of my service.
Step 2: Receive a quote.
After this you will receive a quote, with a breakdown detailing all the aspects of your commission. At this stage amendments can be made if you wish to change tiers or add/remove models to the commission.
Step 3: Changes finalised, and quote accepted.
Once the final quote has been accepted you will be invoiced for 50% upfront. This will secure your commission and will cover the costs of any models that need to be purchased. You will also receive a contact sheet to fill out so we have your details on file. (This information will not be shared with any third parties).
(There is also the option of a short conversation at this stage whether on the phone or via online video call is up to you).
Step 4: Deposit paid
Once the deposit has been paid any models that need purchasing will be ordered within 48 hours. You will receive an update when all models have arrived as to when the commission will start.
Step 5: Commission starts
You will be informed when your commission has begun and will receive updates throughout the process. This will include photos as each unit/model is completed. Throughout the process I upload images of models to my social media posts (Instagram, Facebook etc). If you do not wish me to use your models let me know.
Step 6: Commission Completion
Once your commission is completed you will receive photos of all models in the commission along with the final invoice.
Step 7: Dispatch
Once the final invoice is paid, the Commission will be shipped to the given address as soon as possible. Please note I will return any unused sprues or components to you unless you specify you don’t want them.
